Interiors That Feel Good Inside
In the world of interior design, it's not always about the size of the space, but rather the creativity and innovation that can transform it into a functional and beautiful haven. Our recent project in Island Estates is a testament to this principle. We took on the challenge of remodeling a condo townhome with a focus on the main living area: kitchen and fireplace, space planning, and bringing in new living room and dining room furniture and art.
Efficient Space Planning
Small spaces demand meticulous space planning, and our team was up to the task. Every square foot was utilized effectively to maximize functionality without sacrificing aesthetics.
Inviting Living and Dining Rooms
With space optimization at the forefront, we brought in new living room and dining room furniture that seamlessly fits into the design. Lexington Home Brands, Hooker Furniture, and Caracole provided the finishing touches, adding character and charm to these areas.
In the end, it's not the size of the space that matters, but the thoughtful design that transforms it. Our Island Estates condo townhome remodel is a testament to the power of creativity and careful selection, ensuring that even small spaces can bring smiles to our client's faces.
Feng Shui/Energy Expert
The heart of any home, the kitchen, underwent a remarkable transformation. We combined practicality with elegance, ensure both functionality and style. The result is a kitchen that not only serves its purpose but also exudes sophistication.
The fireplace, often a focal point in any living space, was redesigned to be sleek and aesthetically pleasing. By choosing a neutral tile with textured interest, and taking it all the way to the ceiling, we created a contemporary corner nook, beautifully finishing their main entertaining area.
No design is complete without art. Our selection of artwork was curated to enhance the overall ambiance of the space, making it not just a place to live but a place to thrive in peaceful serenity.
