About Marya
As a contemporary artist, fabric designer, and interior designer, Marya Flurnoy's work is a response to her surroundings, capturing the feelings of joy and enthusiasm in any space. With over two decades of co-owning Creative Design Team, her career in the design industry has earned recognition and awards in both residential and commercial spaces.
Marya strives to design unique interiors that will positively impact her clients' lives. She desires to create and design interiors that exceed clients' expectations. Her passions in the industry include designing furniture, creating printed fabrics, mentoring new designers, and teaching business growth workshops to the trade.
Marya enjoys traveling in their motorhome with her husband, Ron, and two fur babies, Max and Grace. Her other favorite pastimes include painting, travel, speaking, supporting the arts, and dance.

Meet April Skye, a seasoned interior designer with a passion for turning dreams into reality. With almost a decade of dedicated experience, April has honed her craft with Creative Design Team, transforming spaces into works of art that reflect the unique visions of her clients.
April's secret ingredient? Her heart. Every project she undertakes is a labor of love, where her genuine care for her clients' desires shines through in every detail. With an impeccable eye for aesthetics and a knack for understanding her clients' needs, April creates interiors that not only look stunning but also feel like home.
When she's not immersed in the world of design, April enjoys spending quality time with her loving husband and adorable new son. And on Sundays, you'll find her lending her melodious voice to the worship team at Mission City Church in Largo, where her creativity extends beyond interiors and into the realm of music.
April Skye is more than just an interior designer; she's a dream weaver, a space transformer, and a warm-hearted creative soul dedicated to making the world a more beautiful and harmonious place, one project at a time.
Meet Ron,
Every design team needs a project manager, but not every design team has a renaissance man. Ron's magic and guidance is the glue that keeps the team together. His prior experience as a divisional manager for Novar Electronics Corporation, overseeing over 300 employees, has its benefits in the design industry. Every project is a success when the details are a priority.
Ron applies his experience and techniques in training staff, installations, and accounting, allowing the team to do what they do best, design.
Ron also heads up the Custom Window Treatment department of Creative Design Team. As a leader in the motorization application of blinds and shades, his expertise and accuracy are mandatory to design perfection.
Ron enjoys traveling and RVing, football and baseball. His passion is in being lighthearted and humorous.
